We walk the site, take the brief and establish what the project actually needs before anything is priced.

Planning & costing
Scope, programme and cost set out in writing, so the budget and the timeline are agreed up front.

Construction
A managed site with our own supervision, held to the specification and reported on as the work progresses.

Handover
Snagging closed out and the work handed over complete — finished to the standard it was specified to.
